its a pretty solid share that was unnecessarily hit by the bad markets.
note div is 40C FF, at current prices the yield is over 10% (just on the interim div - annualised would be around 16-17% assuming no further special dividends)
pe ratio is forward only 3.5-4 or so times. i assume oil prices/coal prices stabilise near current levels
