An ASX company (MZN) really shouldn't be able to come out with such an unsubstantiated claim (even their announcement only referenced "emails" from seven months ago and they've only just realised they have a large resource bubbling along next door? I mean come on.

This will have cost many KDR shareholders valuable capital, with what appears to be a highly suspicious, spurious and currently unfounded claim... and not yet before the courts despite what MZN says it intends to do?

Surely ASX are all over this.
