Looks like AEE management possibly wants the new subsidiary, Achean Gold, to hit the market for new funding and maybe a JV partner.
Im a bit curious about the possible Supreme court dispute with major share holders & how that affects funding? It would have been better to resolve the dispute in the boardroom.
