Hey Lautrec I think your analogy of riding the waves all the way into the shore is out of date and therefore your deal making talk is too simplistic and out of date as well.This is not selling icecreams to the local deli, it is a little more complicated than that and you are probably over your depth.
It is very difficult to get a business up and running with no money and a yet to be proven viable product.
