There is no need for BFS. From what I have seen from other juniors, the buyer and seller will agree on a price or other form of contract: toll treat, etc. The buyer might demand for additional grade/ met test which is what is happening now. It should be a relatively simple process. See link below as an example:

From what I understand, the government approval process is progressing very well. Fingers crossed..it wont be too long before its finalised and approved.
