Something to consider however is with a reduced shareholder schedule, assuming you're not selling, your piece of the pie is getting bigger. Meaning if you look long term your dividends or portion of the buyback price will be higher.
As an aside, would you trust current management to allocate the cash within the business given their previous and current track record?
