buying back NTA ( which is net of the debt you speak ) at half the value is value accretive . Debt can be reduced quickly if they wanted to go down that path by not recycling asset disposals

The concentrated shareholder base you speak of is also due to large insider holding some of which has been relatively recently . This is a plus not a negative

I keep close to how the company is going as I have a large.holding - fortunately for me I bought more at 11.5 so my average sits at current price so happy to hold for a couple more years and allow this team to execute further

the beauty about the market is nobody is forcing you to buy so you can remain a non holder and I a holder

My comment is not about whether the company hold good or bad or excellent future. It is only limited to fact that "buy-back" isn't ideal strategy for BOL.

People don't invest purely because P/B value is below 0.5 or 1. As there are plenty that comes under that category. So to look at NTA in isolation isn't ideal either.

Concentrated shareholder is negative from the point that it reduces the liquidity for others nothing else. Market needs liquidity for investor to invest and exit without impacting price.
