I can't say for certain, but there will always be sellers at varying levels as the price rises.
Even long term holders, will probably have a price at which they'll reduce their holding..
This buy back is just an additional way of allocating capital to help increase the market value of the company towards the perceived value of our management.
But ultimately it is continuing success and growth in operations that will drive the company forward
