    The purpose of this buyback is to buy as many shares as possible at the lowest price.

    Sorry but I have to continue to disagree with you.

    The objective of the buyback is to move our share price closer to that which represents the underlying value of the asset.

    If that requires a pip here or a pip there to secure buyback volume that will effectively move the price upward, in all likelihood it will still represent minimal extra cost


    After all multi millions of alternative capital allocation hasn't moved the share price significantly.

    So the acid test has to be how much capital did the company use to achieve its objective and did it use it in the most efficient and effective way

    How long do you sit at 1.5c before you move to 1.6c, how long before you give up and move to 1.7c, then to 1.8c, how many months? meantime the share price languishes?
