Of course it is them at 0.014.. Past behavior is an indicator of future behavior.. Unfortunately, as with this latest announcement, as good as it is... the SP goes backwards.. So why would they top up at 0.015... in fact, if you see a multi million order at 0.013.... then you can almost guarantee another announcement for this crazy stock
