Could someone explain to me why the buy back should go down in price rather than up in price
I look it at like an auction -you put your bid in and if you can't get what you want -you than raise your bid
The way I see it -it's working in reverse -the bid is going down -bit like a "Dutch Auction" which is often the case when tendering for a contract
