Myself, Keith & a nice guy by the name of Chris (top 3 shareholder) were in this convo. DP did say that most consolidations by companies are generally not fair on the shareholders due to the size of the consolidation & because of the sp decline afterwards. As I also mentioned yesterday, DP does not think that this would be the case with a BRK consolidation & is in favour of one but he alone cannot make that call, he said it was either the top 10 or 20 shareholders where most were not in favour of one. Im certain that Chris & Keith would recall this convo however Keith is currently away overseas on holidays and Chris isn't in this forum.
