the "loan" (I think gift is a better word) was a shock to most of us. never mentioned prior.
and if my memory is correct. it doesn't need to be paid back (and in reality if the SP is +0.011 they just need to sell shares to fund (tax liabilities noted).
so a free loan of a $bar at % interest (nice. esp given the rate we paid for funding notes at that time. and of course. the broker. that money funded these loans in part).

be so nice if they bought a share or two on market in the last years ... maybe next qtr.
