I too am finding this buy back unusual.
I have never come across a company director hoot his horn that the company is worth up to $250m, get an appraisal giving him the same figure and then have other valuations hovering around the 2.5c - 3.5c and in the meantime only lowering the buying price lower and lower.
Unusual.
