The question is how cheaply do they want to buy them back for. With 20 million @ .011 presumably theirs and no indication of them stepping up to a higher price this is at a minimum and will more than likely go lower.
Fantastic if they want to save pennies but they are certainly not improving the MC or shareholder wealth. This strategy has effectively consigned the share price at this level for the next 6 months. And if anyone thinks that the share price will magically double or triple after the BB is finished think again. It just wont happen
If they want to get serious start by reloading the .013 line first. With market sentiment the way it is at the moment im sure they will get all that they need in no time
