Why would they when there are willing buyers at 1.2/1.3c and there are willing sellers. The BB price will increase once all those kind individuals selling at 1.2/1.3c stop and the price moves up.
A BB is not a price maker after all..they are not going to push a sp.
IMO I hope they complete all 350m at 1.2c and seek shareholder approval for an additional 500m.
