Yeah they were really hoping and expecting to get order filled at 1.1 cents.
Got 10m filled at 1.2 when the 85 million got sold and all they did was load up to buy at 1.1.
Pretty pathetic not willing to buy what they can at 1.2, should have been grateful to get them that cheap.
Buybacks arnt meant to be market makers or drive the sp up but they definitely aren't meant to let the sp fall 25%
