I would not mind if they got share holder permission to buy up to 20% of shares on issue .
They can always stop buying if the share price was to rise to a price they believe was not prudent to buy at or a better way presented to spend their cash .
The buy up number is just a maximum intention but in no way is a mandated requirement .
I would not mind if they got share holder permission to buy up...
