Smalls caps are very different, its not unusual to see MD/CEO - the issue is if MD/Chair. Even if you do have the title, real power can be held eslewhere ie majority holder or silent partner.
As for his positions, four isnt too bad, and Black mesa is basically operating sub. Hard to say without knowing how involved he is in the other Companies but typically only require a few hours at most per board position a month.
Agreed regarding the share price, really not doing great. Will be interesting to see the next quarterly and/or full year annual.
