what needs to be looked at is the inaction of Non Exec Directors. there roll is to challenge management and look after shareholders.
I'll dig into this later. if have time and energy.
but they are on 40 and 80k pa plus other expenditures etc. for doing what for the shareholders they represent I wonder. they need to be held to account.
