depends on what not public information they are privy to. tbh I would hope they are currently precluded from trading. at least they would have an excuse why not buying now.
and also. they have a truckload of shares now. so I think it's more likely just incompetence that DP doesn't understand this falling bid price strategy has tanked the SP by scaring buy side away.
not that there was much to start with.....
