since the buy back announcement 26/4/23 from what i can see 830 mil shares have been traded at a simple average of 0.0138

These shares represent approximately 9.97% of the shares on issue and, based on yesterday’s closing share price, the cash cost would be approximately A$6.5 million.), further the announcement went on to say
"The Board believes the Company’s market capitalisation does not reflect the underlying asset value, and notes the Company’s recently announced 2022 full year financial results (A$53 million in revenue, after tax profit of A$15.1 million and EPS of 0.35 cents) and today’s announcement of Independent Reserves Certification for our SWISH AOI acreage delivering US$170.5 million or A$0.05 Per Share pre-tax NPV10 Net Reserve Value

fast forward to today , the share price is 0.012 & buy back orders seem to be loaded at 0.011 !!!!!!!!!!

so based on mgmt comments where the cash cost would be 6.5 m to execute the buyback - the volume to finalise has already presented itself to the market and suggests this buy back if successfully executed based on the 830 m shares traded , might have cost an extra 400k on a worst worst case basis ? if it were being managed - $4ook is much lower.

summary : a circus and the clowns are in control - (note not that i have anything against the real clowns and think they do a good job at the circus)
