Oil sentiment is very weak atm with Oil price hardly reacting to massive cuts from OPEC and elsewhere. It's (and BRKs) day in the sun will come but it doesn't look like that day will be soon with deflation/recession fears stating to take over.
The fact is, there have continued to be more sellers than buyers and sentiment is clearly not rosy for BRK, otherwise the price would be higher/up. This is the market. If you think it's cheap, buy more. If you don't think it's cheap, why should the company buy more? Stop viewing the buyback as your white knight and own your investment decisions
