I sold out and put my money in a different stock (to my significant benefit) so I am not in a place to question management despite holding for two years and walking away with a loss.
People don't have endless amounts of money to spend on an underperforming and increasingly suspicious investment.
I'm still here because I see the value in the company and hope that it becomes realised for the other hard done by holders here.
Shareholders deserve better then what they are getting.
