May I point out that management has said, as have many other posters, that sp is not reflecting the true value of this company. I myself have said it is "way out of wack that somethings gotta give". Now we have a buy back which of course can only buy 5% above VWAP, but can Bid at any lower price it wishes. Some sellers will take the new lower Bid because they want out and move onto something else. So what is the message here ? "sp does not reflect the true value of the company (it is far too low), however we want it lower and in fact if we can we will get sellers to take 1c, 0.9c, 0.8c".

Oh that makes me feel really confident sp wise !
