"If someone wants to sell their shares and move on, why should BRK pay them more than it has to? " - Yes, however management has said, as others have, as I have, that shares are already dirt cheap, so I don't want to see at completion of buy back that we actually sent the message that "yes they were dirt cheap and we got tons of them even dirt cheaper than dirt cheap". Yes a few buy backs like that should get the sp down nicely.

Anyway I will see where the sp ends up at after buyback and truely hope I am wrong and have no idea what I am talking about and have to apologize for my ignorance.
