Correct me if I'm wrong but the last cap raise to fast track the Flames well in March 22 (when oil prices were at ATH) blew out the SOI from 3.3bn to 5b. This buy back pales in comparison but it is better than nothing, so hope they go well over the 350m target.
Need to give management time to execute on the monetisation, as it will make or break the company. If they get it right, then it gives BRK a chance to buy larger assets in the next cycle.
Also Oil prices seems to be steadily creeping back up
