Neither, just spent 30+ years in financial markets so know how buybacks work. Around 20% of the average daily volume for on market buybacks is typical before the BB would start pushing the price.
You aint a lousy investor it is just the sp is not following your investment timeline. We are all unhappy the sp stinks but there it nothing that can be done about it.
