They have had a couple 5 million blocks in 1.2c (pretty sure the last buyback update reflected that).

the current 3.1m shares at the top of 1.2 is still us I'm quite certain, and potentially the 10 million below it.

1.1c was a sloppy attempt, history would tell you it wouldn't work. Selling lately has stalled at 1.2c, though most in the 1.2c range this week were actually at 1.25c.

They should move the 1.1c orders up, but the support at 1.2c looks decent enough. Problem now is that they can't go higher anyway? And if we get any good news that elevates the sp (if possible) then we will permanently miss out on buying the shares cheap.

If we do start seeing sp appreciation, we'll have to attend much more money playing catch-up and trying to buy scraps as they drop. Should have been far more aggressive at 1.2.
