Why do you say that "Enough to slowly accumulate without pushing the price too high too quickly." ? Because the facts' are different as since they started the buy back in Sep 2023 share price was pumped to 27% (based on highest price) or 20% based on last close within six months roughly so that equates to 40% p.a price rise and that doesn't align with your claim "without pushing the price too high too quickly" ! The Share price is on steroid in my opinion.
The stock was consolidated in past which was poor move and to make it worst they then started buy-back which now leaving only 17m shares outstanding with roughly 70% owned by top 20 holders ! The liquidity of the stock is poor.
