SP higher than that which management want to chase
Reserving cash for a final dividend
But my two reasons would be (a) a desire to report a high cash balance at year end to ‘pretty up the AR’ AND conserving cash for the traditional slow January when the industry goes on holidays + customers are notoriously slow payers at year end.
