I am not sure what you mean by, ' this only happen when the NTA is greater ', but CAM have the buy back in place until it isnt..dates of their choosing and they buy back what they think is prudent cap management.
I have another doing a buyback,PPS, and it has been accretive for the holders.
I dont see that happening often with CAM could be the overhang of the CAM notes on issue?
