On market share buy-backCorporate Travel Management (CTM, ASX:CTD) advises that leading into its AnnualGeneral Meeting, the Company will be in a share trading blackout period between 1 – 31October 2024 in accordance with its Securities Trading Policy and will not be buying anyCTD shares back during this period.
This will also apply to the Company’s share tradingblackout periods as follows:- 1 January - 19 February 2025 (prior to Half Year FY25 results); and- 1 July - 20 August 2025 (prior to Full Year FY25 results).
