Looks like they're renewing the BB for another 12 months. Keeping their options open but remains to be seen whether there will be any action on this front.
If management truly believes the company is undervalued especially if they know they have some positive catalysts coming up that could transform the company, why not show confidence and buyback shares at 50-60c on the dollar? They will lose credibility if they carry on like this for another 12 months without purchasing anything, it will become a mockery. Make a statement that the company is confident about its future and that it does indeed care about its long suffering shareholders.
