Stock, the following was announced in June 2022.

Complementing the above, Connexion intends to seek Shareholder approval for the repurchase of up to
20% of total shares on issue over twelve months, excluding any shares repurchased through the Minimum
Holding Share Buyback.


I assume approval was given.

Then in November last year the following.

Shareholder approval was obtained at the AGM held on 16 November 2023 as such the buyback may be conducted
outside the 10/12 limit and the Company may buyback up to 186,793,374 shares. The reason for the buy-back is ongoing
capital management. The buyback may cease earlier if the maximum number of shares is bought back prior to the period
end date. The Company reserves the right to suspend or terminate the buyback at any time.


The last time I looked they had 979 million shares on issue.
