    Any company buying back their shares s limited by volume weighted average prices (VWAP) restrictions, so they can't just go the 3cps.
    So their last buyback notice was 22 December 2023, and the highest price they could pay at the time was 2.2cps.
    The current diluted share count on issue looks to be 903m according to the ASX
