    Quite frankly I'd prefer that a tech company such as this would use its spare cash to fund product development & innovation. The sector they work in is in the midst of upheaval like never seen before. There will be great opportunities for the right innovations. They will snooker themselves if they think share buyback is the best way to build the balance sheet.
