I was curious about the share count over the years and the last time they reports SOI in the AGM Presentation was 2020 where the count was 880,165,112. According to that announcement, there's currently 933,966,869.

The only thing the buyback has done is to reduce the impact of funneling incentive and performance shares to employees and directors.

I generally like buyback's when it's creating shareholder value and actually reducing the number of SOI... I don't like what CXZ is doing!
