    Would you prefer CXZ to pay their employees more cash and not have motivational incentives and skin in the game, thereby less likely to increase in SP, be less demand to buy shares, and ultimately you'd prefer a lower SP?

    Regardless, let's validate your concern that SP isn't appreciating from buy-backs.
    Here we can see they started on 21 June 2022.

    Here is a plot of announcements and stock price in that time to now.

    It was 10c, and now it's 26c. That's 160% growth in 2.5 years. That is 46.5% growth p.a... but you reckon there's no SP growth from buy-backs?

    I'd love to see you elaborate on how you justify this claim, if you will?
