I think that the sounder investments bring out the more pleasant posters on HC. The upramper and downramper rants on other stocks are based on fear.

I am thinking that lately the market is looking past the worst case scenario and focusing on stocks that make profits and pay dividends. Hoping so.

The best stocks in this sector have learned from previous downturns and have executed plans that make them more profitable and resilient through the cycle. The market appears to believe them.
