All good points, below 80c they need to speed up share repurchases, not slow them down. At this level I'd say repurchases are more accretive than other forms of investment, far better than any acquisition which carries risks on its on. So get going!
If traded volume is 1-2m shares/day no excuses for not picking up a couple of hundred thousand of those.
