Maybe some of the directors who own no shares in EPY have decided to buy a few but I doubt it given they have not already done so.
The bad news has already landed and I guess some investors have decided to finally dump at these what would appear to be low prices.
They have been beaten into submission by looks of things from disappointing performance over the past 12 months plus . Time usually heals.
At these prices if they deliver and start paying divies again ( in the next 6 to 18 months) then this could easily once again turn into an "Easy Peasy Yield" .
At least there will be a reduced number of shares after the bb.
Thats my thoughts but of course their is risk but I hope they have learned lessons from the past and do not repeat.
Happy to wait and see what transpires over the next 12 months.
