IMO The share price is having trouble staying above 70c with a buyback program in place, ask yourself who is selling. and will the selling continue after they have spent all the cash? Or is it possible the money is used to circulate shares to give the appearance the market has no interest in this stock while someone on the side accumulates stock? I know it sounds like a conspiracy but I have experienced this kind of thing in the past.
