.. laugh .. "company buying back shares at a time when the market is low" .. I think the point is that 1) the SP is certainly 'lowering' due to this buy back, 2) what are they doing that could cause an upturn in the SP?, 3) are these funds really 'surplus'? and 4) without any income, I would think the money being spent on the share buy back would be very handy in the near term, potentially protecting FAR from further CRs that just happen to add more shares to the market .. I think your "the final distribution, whenever that occurs" is wishful thinking .. finally, this reads like a 'FAR insider' using HC to defend this decision .. a pity this management don't have the balls to reply to share holders when questions are asked BECAUSE the announcements offer no clear explanation .. laughable .. and, they are clowns in the circus, assisting the 'Good Ship FAR' to continue further 'down the gurgler' .. JIMHO, of course ..
