.. they must be embarrassed to announce to the market that they secured less than 10% of the intended 10mill share buy back .. if it was a CR with only 10% take up, it would be a huge fail .. same applies to this buy back .. a huge misread of the market, with no clear explanation of their plan .. just absolute incompetence .. JIMHO of course ..
