    Rough again. The dividend has been 28% of OCF. The dividend is still definitely the main source of shareholder return despite the aggressive buyback. I don't consider the short term lift in share price from the buyback absorbing supply to be real shareholder return.

    Even though FSA is well and truely considered a 'value' stock, there is still a lot of OCF being withheld for growth.
