this will expose the risk and issue unlike two dumb gambler kids here the article will put more light into the issue going on with HCW's one of the biggest tenant and their financial condition.
i won't interpret article abstract as I let people read and make their own assessment..! The only thing I say is that no matter whatever HMC said about their appetite for rent relief in the article ....the reality is that HMC had mega money invested recently in their so called REiT for data centre and HMC aren't hospital operators .. i let people to work on the rest themselves.
