I hold REP an ASX listed REIT invest in healthcare related property and not selling them not because they give me 8.6% yield (similar to HCW at current price) based on last closing price and dividend expected by company in 2025 (i.e. 5c) but importantly there is no stories circulating on AFR about their biggest tenant going through financial difficulties and fighting with insurers etc.. so as I accept the FACT that I am not Warren Buffet with $142 billion USD sitting in my saving account there is no need for me to keep my money into business with on going national news about their tenant sufferings .. !
see when warren buffet said buy when other fears, he actually meant and forgot to add that "I have $142b USD in the bank so I BUY when other fears" lol but more on like you and other two don't realise that... !
just because you bought or hold doesn't mean risk is over or bottom is in or risk reward is good !
as far as HMC's pedigree goes then i am sure you must be an IPO investor talking since 2021 graph at the bottom !
