I can fully appreciate that. The unknown is to be feared. Something out of left field no one can forsee can completely destroy a company unless you are channeling the spirit of Baba Vanga.
Currently, I am investing in 29 REITs including HCW to mitigate the risk which is quite large in my opinion. Just look at what happened to REITs in the GFC. REITs are only 6% of my portfolio in total.
I can fully appreciate that. The unknown is to be feared....
