here is an example of the analyst price target for Worley and as you can see that for last almost 4 year price target never achieved so basically price target is based on whatever the analyst assume and if it doesn't work out they revise the PT. now retail holder like you don't have unlimited fund to keep investing based on analyst target so best to do your own research before believing on anything. now, the below analyst is not your local Australian analyst but it is one of the top analyst in US coving international stock everywhere !
second think, i didn't say company suspended buy-back but i said they not buying (two different thing!) so once you learn the difference then you understand remaining part !
